    liked the way our good-sized and well furnished deluxe queen room with handicapped access was. a microwave, an electric kettle and fridges were a nice touch.

    The staff we met were not particularly welcoming.

    The location for Fox Glacier was marvellous and lovely, short walk to a grocery store and glow worm hike as well as forest around and yard on the other side of enterance.

    Nothing at all.

    Comfortable bed with nice heated blanket.

    Unfortunately, the shower had dreadful water pressure. I also found the cleanliness to be lacking, with cobwebs and debris remaining in the corners of the room. The tap water warning made it inconvenient as we had to purchase bottled water due to unclear communication about the boil order status.

    Clean spacious quiet unit within walking distance to restaurants and the main tourist area.Comfortable bed, and outside sitting area for relaxing.Friendly helpful staff.

    Cozy room, comfortable bed, and the cute atmosphere made our stay enjoyable, with the convenience of free parking and quick access to local cafes just a short walk away.

    The super friendly and knowledgeable staff/owners. We stayed twin share and it was a spacious room with excellent sized beds. Everything was very neat and tidy and we felt very comfortable staying there.

    That I couldn't stay longer.

    the shower had low water pressure,, which was annoying. the kitchenette was fully equipped (had an electric pan! ), and we loved how warm and clean the room was. super friendly staff made our stay better (especially considering the language barrier).

    The room was spacious with a super comfy bed, made for great sleep after our long drive, and the cleanliness was definitely a plus. I really enjoyed the access to cozy outdoor seating and a nice garden view for some relaxation time. Just a heads up, the front door was a bit tricky to open at times, but it didn't ruin my overall experience 😊

    The staff simply could not have been any more friendly or welcoming and really went out of their way to make it a fantastic stay. Location is great for Fox Glacier and skydiving and bikes are available to hire on site at very reasonable prices

    No cooker or hob in the room only a microwave

    Near to both Fox and Franz Josef Glaciers, Mathieson Lake and Highway. Kerry the manageress was exceptionally helpful and friendly just what was needed when arriving somewhere unknown.

    The Westhaven Motel offered well-appointed rooms that were modern, spacious, and very clean. The comfortable bed contributed to a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the main street.

    This motel was extremely convenient for Fox Glacier and we were within walking distance of the excellent restaurants and cafes. The motel manageress (sorry I've forgotten her name!) was incredibly helpful and provided us with lots of local information.
